Our Aims, Values and Ethos
The school has many
traditions and values but it also has a commitment to progress and innovation.
The original motto, ‘Serve and Endeavour’, highlights the encouragement given to
all pupils to achieve their best and to understand the concept of service. Our
modern, supplementary motto, ‘Giving a flying start to the citizens of
tomorrow’, emphasises our dedication to provide knowledge, skills, experiences
and opportunities that prepare children for their future.
